Jamaica Union’s Lay Ministers Leadership and Evangelism Summit

Please be advised that the Jamaica Union’s Lay Ministers Leadership and
Evangelism Summit, listed on the Calendar of Events, to be held April 11 - 14 at
Camp Verley has been re-scheduled to April 13 – 15, 2018 (Friday to Sunday).

Pastors, we are asking that you prepare to send at least 5 – 7 delegates from each
district.

These persons should include but are not limited to: : Lay Preachers, Lay
Evangelists, Prospective Lay Preachers and Lay Evangelists, Literature Evangelists,
Elders, Personal Ministries Leaders, Sabbath School Leaders, Youth Leaders, Bible
Counsellors, Small Group Leaders, Women’s Ministries Leaders, Union and
Conference Administrators and Directors, Pastors.

Kindly register delegates at the Conference before or by the latest, April 3, 2018.
We will have to submit these names to the Union before the event.

Transportation will leave the Conference grounds at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, the 13th.
The cost is $2,000 each. We are asking that the church pay Fifty percent ($1,000
each). The remaining fifty percent will be borne by the Conference.

Sabbath is open for everyone to join in and receive the blessings. Non-delegates
should bring their lunch.
