DEED OF SALE OF USED MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, PABLO JAN MARC A. FILIO IV, of legal age, Filipino,

single, residing at 19 Manalo Street San Fransisco Del Monte, Quezon City,
for and in consideration of the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P500,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from RAY ASTER
R. RODRIGUEZ, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of 48
Tahimik Street Teachers Village Village, Quezon City, having full authority
and full ownership do hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey unto RAY
ASTER R. RODRIGUEZ, as the buyer, and in favor of his heirs,
successors and assigns a motor vehicle particularly described as follows:

clearance from any involvement of crime.
Other description: Inclusive of the sale are the radio, dash camera,
spoiler, leather gray seat covering, functioning
airbag at the front seats, and third party insurance
liability policy from Pionerr Insurance effective
until 31st of December 2017. The sedan car is
automatic wheel drive.

As a condition of this sale, the buyer RAY ASTER R.

RODRIGUEZ shall transfer the title of ownership of the said Toyota Vios
as described above into his name as the new owner. The ownership of the
said motor vehicle is deemed transfer to the buyer upon the delivery and the
seller shall not be liable to anything connected to the object of the said sale
after the delivery.
As a condition of this sale, PABLO JAN MARC A. FILIO IV sell,
cede, transfer, and convey the object of sale free from any liens,
encumbrances, and not subject to any litigation. In compliance of the
condition of the sale, the clearance from HPG-Motor Vehicle Office of
Philippine National Police in Camp Crame was released on 20th of February
2017 signed by SPO2 Luis J. Castro.

hereunto set their hands this 22th day of February 2017 in Quezon City,
