Mixer

The mixer is a double shaft

pugmill type. Adoption of the
circulation mixing system assures
uniform mixing within a short
time even in fine grain composition.
Liners and tips of the mixer are
made of a new type “hard metal,”
and are of anti-abrasive cast alloy
steel, ensuring long life and
durability. The liners and tips are

GAS BURNER
The low noise burner combustion is controlled by the
modutrol motor installed at the burner side and is
controlled at the control console by the operator. The
modutrol motor controls the volume of combustion air
and fuel consumption simultaneously.

OIL BURNER

The burner has automatic ignition electrodes to

propane gas nozzle. Also, the burner has flame eye
to avoid the fuel injection without the fire inside the
dryer for safety.

ELECTRICAL HEATING TYPE

The asphalt in asphalt tank is maintained at a

constant temperature by the hot oil heater, in which
thermo-oil is heated by the oil burner and
circulated by the pump. An automatic temperature
control regulates the combustion rate of the oil
burner automatically.

The asphalt in this cylindrical

tank of indirect heating type is
heated by hot oil circulation,
which causes the asphalt, due
to the absence of partial direct
heating, to be heated uniformly
and thoroughly and keep the
constant temperature at all
times.
