To obtain a head teacher position at a school with a constructivist philosophy, an emphasis on
developing the whole student, and the aim of shaping empathetic and critical thinking citizens.

Taught core subjects including P.E., art, and health. Introduced/taught character traits through original unit on
character. Introduced/taught growth vs. fixed mindset. Designed and implemented replacement spelling
curriculum for host teacher. Worked with SPED teacher, teacher aides, and host teacher on accommodations,
behavior modification plans, and solutions for students receiving services. Attended staff meetings which
included Danielson training and 504 training.
