SUBJECT : REGARDING THE PERMISSION FOR TAKING UP A GOVERNMENT LAND ON


LEASE AND DEVELOPE IT AS A PUBLIC BUILDING / OFFICE BUILDING.

RESPECTED SIR,

WE HEREBY STATES THAT THE LAND LOCATED NEAR THE B.K.D. COLLEGE JHANSI WHICH
WAS PREVIOUSLY ACCUIPED BY THE MADHYA PRADESH TRANSPORT SERVICE STATION
IS NOW VACANT AND WE ARE WISHING TO TAKE IT ON LEASE TO DEVELOP IT AS A
PUBLIC BUILDING AND MAINTAIN THE LAND SO THAT IT WILL HELP TO INCREASE THE
BEAUTY AND AESTHETICS AS WELL AS THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE CITY.

OUR AIM IT TO DEVELOP THE LAND IN THREE STORIES ON WHICH THE FIRST TWO
FLOORS WILL BE DEVELOPED AS THE MULTIPURPOSE HALLS FOR COMMERCIAL WORKS.
THE THIRD ONE WILL BE HAVING THE SPACE FOR DIFFERENT OFFICES TO PROMOTE THE
BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL TALENTS OF THE CITY.

OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO DEVELOP THE LAND IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT FULFILLS ALL THE
NORMS AND REGULATIONS OF THE BUILDING CODES AND DO NOT AFFECT THE SOCIETY
WITH RESPECT TO ITS ATMOSPHERE AND ENVIRONMENT. THE ANOTHER OBJECTIVE IS
TO PROMOTE THE ECONOMY OF THE CITY IN TERMS OF BUSINESS AND
INFRASTRUCTURE. WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE A BETTER PLATEFORM TO THE
GROWING INDUSTRIES AND COMPANIES FROM JHANSI. ALTHOUGH WE ARE PROVIDING
THE OFFICE COMPLEX BUT ALSO PROVIDING THE MULTIPURPOSE HALLS FOR SMALL
FUNCTIONS AND MEETINGS IN THE TOWN.

THE DETAILS AS WELL AS THE PROPOSAL ARE DISCUSSED BELOW.-


LOCATION : NEAR B.K.D. CHAURAHA, GWALIOR ROAD JHANSI

TOTAL AREA : 15000 SQFT. (APPROX)

PERMISSIBLE GROUND COVERAGE : 35% (5250 SQFT.)

THE LAND WILL BE DEVELOPED IN THREE PHASES WITH BASEMENT FOR PARKING AND
THE LANDSCAPED AREA ON GROUND FLOOR AS PROPOSED.

GOUND FLOOR
TOTAL AREA : 5000 SQFT. + CIRCULATION SPACE

THE GROUND FLOOR WILL BE USED AS THE MULTIPURPOSE HALL FOR SMALL MEETINGS
AND FUNCTION TO BE HELD IN. THE REST OF THE AREA WILL BE PROPER LANDSCAPED
AND MAINTAINED PROPERLY.

FIRST FLOOR
TOTAL AREA : 5200 SQFT. + CIRCULATION SPACE

THE FIRST FLOOR WILL BE ALSO USED AS THE MULTIPURPOSE HALL FOR SMALL
MEETINGS AND FUNCTION TO BE HELD IN.

SECOND FLOOR
TOTAL AREA : 5200 SQFT. + CIRCULATION SPACE

THE SECOND FLOOR IS PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT WILL


BE HAVING THE SPACES FOR SMALL OFFICES AND ROOMS.THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT
KIND OF OFFICES ARE PROPOSED-

TOTAL OFFICES – 10 NOS.


CONCLUSION : AS WE HAVE DISSCUSSED THE PRESENT USE OF THE LAND AS WELL AS
THE PROPOSED USE OF THE LAND, WE HERE WANT YOU TO KINDLY GRANT US THE
PERMISSION TO TAKE UP THE LAND ON LEASE FOR 20 YEARS. THE GENERATE REVENUE
WILL BE SHARED WITH THE GOVERNMENT AS WELL ACCORDINGLY. THE DETAILED
PROJECT REPORT (DPR) WILL BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE APPROVAL FROM THE
AUTHORITY.
