Dear Applicant:

We have received your application for attending the GIAN course on

"Reservoir Simulation: Mathematical Techniques in Oil and Gas recovery" to
be held at IIT Guwahati during 18-29 July 2016. I am happy to inform your
that you have been shortlisted for attending the above mentioned course.
In order to confirm your participation you are required to fill the
attached form and send the scanned copy by email on or before 25 June
2016. The course fee can be paid either by online transfer or by bank
draft. The details of the account for online transfer is given below:

The bank draft should be made in the name of " IIT GUWAHATI RND-MHRD ",
payable at Guwahati. The original draft along with the duly filled
application form should be sent to the following address:

Please note that the course fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only)
for the students is refundable. This money would be refunded to you after
you join the course. For all other category the course fee is not
refundable. If you do not pay the fee before 25th June 2016, then we shall
assume that you are not interested and your seat will be offered to the
wait listed candidates.
