Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures

At the outbreak of civil disobedience that we refer to as the Civil War President Lincoln found himself
faced with taking desperate measures to preserve the union. For instance, President Lincoln was
requested of General McClellan to declare martial law in Saint Louis Missouri on November 20th,
1861. General McClellan requesting:

ST LOUIS November 20 1861 (Received Nov 20th)

GENERAL MCCLELLAN
For the President of the United States

No written authority is found here to declare and

enforce martial law in this department. Please send
me such written authority and telegraph me that it
has been sent by mail.
H.W. HALLECK Major General

Authorization was given the next day

(November 21, 1861) by President Lincoln:

If General McClellan and General Halleck deem it

necessary to declare and maintain martial law in
Saint Louis the same is hereby authorized.

This authorization was followed up by a broader authorization to suspend habeas corpus on December
2nd of 1861:

MA JOR GENERAL HW HALLECK, Commanding in the Department of Missouri.

GENERAL:
As an insurrection exists in the United States and is in arms in the State of Missouri you are hereby authorized
and empowered to suspend the writ of habeas corpus within the limits of the military division under your
command and to exercise martial law as you find it necessary in your discretion to secure the public safety and
the authority of the United States.

I propose that President Trump finds himself in much the same situation within certain departments
operating under his authority. President Lincoln put the preservation and restoration of the Republic as
his chief goal. Serving as the “Transition President,” I believe that President Trump is doing the same.

Know this: The “cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men” that President Trump is fighting against,
continue to control the mainstream medio and control many corporate government departments by use
of the Senior Executive Service (SES). This is not only extremely dangerous to the President and his
family, but also to the public safety and the authority of the United States.

Is it time for President Trump to take desperate measures within certain corporate government
departments? I cannot answer that question, but the question must be posed to President Trump. He is
the spearhead of the Republic. The American People need to continue to rally around him and realize
that he is in continuous danger.

In closing, please remember to keep the Republic and President Trump in your prayers.

epilogue
Ask yourself this question. If you were “cunning, ambitious and unprincipled,” extremely wealthy and
power hungry do the degree you wanted to take over control of the United States Corporation how
would you do it? I propose it was done as outlined below:

1. Your goal would be to take over every agency of government, top down.
2. You would influence the power brokers in Washington to lay the legislative groundwork using
your money to bribe or gathering intelligence on and blackmailing them to do your bidding.
3. Assume you were able to establish control over every government agency by having a President,
under your control, appoint people over every agency who would not be accountable to anyone
besides yourself, since you have the goods on each of the appointees.
4. Bingo, you’re done.

May I propose that this process has already been done right under the noses of every American. It's
called the Senior Executive Service (SES.) Now, ask yourself why nothing gets accomplished for the
benefit of the American People in Washington. You should be able to answer your question knowing
the above information. Maybe, you better understand why I have published the above as a “desperate
measure” that President Trump may have to undertake to begin the transition back to our Republican
Form of Governance.
