Ø Participants need to report at 9:00 a.m. on 11/04/2018 for registration.
Ø You have to be present at the venue as per your group timings written in the
following table.

NOTE: Refer the attached TechEureka poster to know your

group if required.
Guidelines for participants
Ø Poster presentation is mandatory. Poster should be prepared as per format
and to be presented as per above schedule.
Ø Each member of group must remain present.
Ø Send your abstract in attached format. Mention your project title, group,
group id, group leader name.
Ø Projector facility will be provided for power point presentation/video
presentation (if required only).
Ø Students must bring all required material/elements for their project. Project
specific material will not be issued from team Imaze.
Ø Bring your bank detail.

Parameters of evaluation are stated as follows:

 Ø The level of theoretical/experimental/implementation/technical difficulty of
the project.
Ø Involvement of each team member in project.
Ø Novelty/innovation in the project.
Ø Social impact of project.
Ø Presentation skill.

Selected teams from round- I will present their projects on

12th April, 2018 from 10.00 AM in front lawn.
