Store Operation
Ensuring that all store operations are executed as per SOP and checklists.
Maintaining & Following SOP by sop checklist daily, weekly and monthly for the store.
Cleanliness, Hygiene & Ambience of the store.
Conducting Daily Briefing of all Store Staff to define priorities, targets for the day, review performance till date and
motivate the staff for achieving their weekly and monthly targets.
Sale Promotions
Co-ordinating with store manager, category managers/ head on promotional activities.
Negotiate store level promotions with HO category/ local vendors to increase sales.
Ensure that the central sales promotions are executed in the stores.
Execute the different types of In Store and Out Store events for increase the sale.
Planogram
Ensure fixtures & products are displayed as per planograms.
Ensure products are displayed based on category, colour/brand blocks and price hierarchy.
Suggest Planogram to Space and planning Team for betterment of sale and Implement in Store as per guidelines
