The fact Ms. Sloan of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington was once a US Attorney caused more doubt. I must say the similar holds true for Charles Lewis os a journalist. I managed to talk to Ms. Sloan yesterday and was not surprised that she quickly dismissed me. I tried to talk to your organization today but only ran into voicemail machines. I would not be surprised if only machines inhabit your office. Since I have put your organization in the same boat as Ms. Sloan's, I have sent you the same documents etc. that I send to her. They should assist Mr, Gordon in his work on prosecutorial misconduct. The copy of wiretap tape numbered 139 is served upon you in confidence as officers of the court in order that it may be properly investigated. Feel free to prove me wrong but trust that I ain't holding my breath waiting to see a fine display of ethical behavior. I am proceeding alone. What may interest Ms. Sloan and you would be my attack on the Medicare crows or Mr, Shelby and the SEC. It was truly comical how quick the SEC settled with Putnam Investments after their lawyers called me with a few questions, If I told you how many lawyers, politicians, members of the press, who they are and how long they have had the same documents that you now hold in your hand, I doubt you would believe me. What is absolutely unbelievable is that only one lawyer and only two reporters have ever made any sort of inquiry about them. After I told them more, I heard from them no more. At the very least I have now made you all witnesses to my pursuit of justice. I will name you as such in my next complaint. For now I will wait to witness what you do with your newfound knowledge.
