Broker – Agent Agreement

This Agreement, entered into by and between:

_______________________ a duly-accredited DMCI Homes Broker with Real Estate Broker License
No. ________________________, with postal address _______________________________,
hereinafter referred to as the Broker;

and

___________________________, a Real Estate Agent, with postal address at

________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the Agent;

Witnesseth

That ______________________ is a duly-licensed Real Estate Broker accredited by DMCI Homes as

one of its External Brokers authorized to sell residential units and parking slots in any of DMCI Homes’
Residential Projects;

That the Agent has presented himself/herself to be a Real Estate Agent capable of looking for
prospective buyers of DMCI Homes Residential Projects and successfully selling units and parking slots
in these Projects;

That, for and in consideration of the Agent’s selling of DMCI Homes Projects for and on behalf of the
Broker, the latter has agreed to share with the former an amount equivalent to ________________
Percent (%) out of the total Five Percent (5%) Broker’s Commission allocated by DMCI Homes, net of
applicable government taxes and advance commissions and subject to the policies on Broker’s / Agent’s
Commission being implemented by DMCI Homes;

That, as a result of the Agent’s sales efforts in promoting and successfully selling certain residential
projects, the Broker agrees to share with the Agent incentives being given by DMCI Homes for selling
certain Residential Projects, subject to the existing policies being implemented by DMCI Homes
pertaining to the release of such incentives;

That, in consideration of the valuable contribution of the Agent’s sales in helping the Broker achieve a
certain sales volume for the fiscal year, the Broker agrees to share with the Agent, on a pro-rata basis,
the year-end sales incentives being given by DMCI Homes to Brokers, subject to the policies being
implemented by DMCI Homes pertaining to the release of such year-end incentives to Brokers;

That this Agreement shall be legally binding and enforceable upon the parties concerned until this
Agreement is rescinded or cancelled in writing by the Parties concerned;

That any and all legal disputes that may arise between the concerned parties in this Agreement must be
settled amicably. Otherwise, it shall be judicially settled within the Courts of Makati City;

In consideration of the foregoing facts, this Agreement is executed and entered into by both parties this
______ day of ________ 2012 in ___________ City, Metro Manila, Philippines by affixing their
