A. GENERAL
i. All the details of the form must be filled up and the Management reserves the right to reject the incomplete forms.
ii. The institute reserves the right to use student’s photographs and any other photographs shot during the ongoing session,
events or any other programs organized by TGPC publicity and other promotional material in perpetuity.
iii. The TGPC is a coaching center which helps students in learning and guiding them to prepare for their respective examinations
and shall not be issuing any course completion certificate or performance reports for the same.
iv. If any type of mishap occurs in the premise of “TGPC” because of students own action and negligence or any natural calamities
like flood, fire, earthquake or man forced situation like Bandh, Chakka Jam etc. etc., the center / company shall not be
responsible in any manner whatsoever.
v. The following enclosure must be attached along with dully filled admission form.
(i) Two passport size photographs
(ii) Photocopy of latest marks/grade statement from the school.
(iii) Certificate related to proof of address of residence of Parent/Guardian
vi. In view to enable the student to perform and achieve the objective. Parents are exclusively responsible to provide appropriate
environment home for the study and they must play a critical role in keeping their children’s moral high.
vii. Parents hereby undertake that they monitor/supervise their child’s self study schedule at home and to ensure that he /she
sincerely does his/her home assignments and that he/she shall be motivated by parents to ensure that the he/she attend
regular lecture/doubt clearing sessions and the review/ assessment tests conducted at the TGPC center.
viii. There will be separate faculties (other than JEE/NEET faculties) to conduct VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, & OLYMPIAD & this will be at the
sole discretion of the management.
B. FINANCIAL
i. Fees once received would be Non-Refundable, under any circumstances and on any grounds.
ii. The payment of fees would be accepted as per the approved fee plan of TGPC, unless accepted otherwise by the
management.
iii. Service tax and other taxes (if any) would be charged extra as per the applicable rules.
iv. The Institute reserves the right to deposit the Post dated cheques on due date (received from the student/parent towards
payment of fees in instalment mode) and to take appropriate action under the respective law on bouncing/dishonor of the
cheque.
v. There is absolutely no refund of fees under any circumstances. (Including change of plans, change of residences, change of
teacher/faculties,change of school, change of stream, etc.)
vi. In Case of termination, scholarship will not be applicable.
C. DISCIPLINARY
i. The student who is enrolled with centre will have to work hard regularly. In case, if teachers feel the student is not studying &
workinghard, creating indiscipline in the centre, irregular in attendance not responding properly he/she may be
expelled from the institute. The decision of the Center Management in this regard will be final. In such cases no fees or part of
the fee will be refunded.
ii. The students are required to maintain the requisite decorum in the classes as well as the institute premises.
iii. The student will not entertain visitors during the classes/training hours.
iv. Student will compulsorily switch off their mobile phones during the tutoring hours.
v. Any student found indulged in consumption of alcohol, drugs smoking or any illegal edibles or any anti-social behavior within
the institute premises, shall be liable to be expelled out of the course without any reason and the fees paid by the student shall
be forfeited.
vi. If any student absent himself/herself for minimum of 7 days or more continuously with out any prior written information, then
centre would have right to terminate his/her condidature and he/she will not be allowed to appear in the class test and will not
be given any test paper(s).
vii. While communicating with the faculties and staff member, parents/guardian/students must behave decently and respectfully.
In case of any confusion/misunderstandings/queries the same must be solved amicably in line with the Company/center
policies. In case of any misbehaviors from any parents/guardian/students with the center managements, strict actions shall be
instituted to the extent of debarring/restricting the ward/student from the center along with no refund of fees.
viii. The TGPC reserves his right to make any alteration in tis program/venue/teachers/faculties/timing/days of classes which the
student is bound to follow.
ix. Student must attend the classes in time. Late coming shall be subject to disciplinary action. A student who is late by more than
10 minutes for class/test will not he allowed to attend the respective class.
x. Student being absent for the classes consistently for more than 15 classes without any prior intimation, shall not be issued
any study material given during the classes or otherwise.
xi. The parents can meet the Centre Manager/Faculties for any enquiry about their wards progress or any other issue concerning
wards’s educational career with the prior appointment only.
xii. Any change in address and contact numbers should be notified in writing to the respective The “TGPC” centers within 2-3
days.
xiii. Attending Private tuition from private faculty of TGPC will lead to cancellation of admission and no refund will be made by the
institute.
xiv. In case of any dispute of difference with the institute / centre / company regarding the interpretation of these terms and
condition, non payment of any claim or any dispute arising out or in pursuant to these terms and conditions , the same shall be
referred to Sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by “THE GURUKUL PRACTICE CENTER”. The proceedings shall be
conducted at Mumbai under provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the courts of Mumbai only shall have the
jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.

(I) XII Board : 40% weightage in JEE Exam.

Regional Mathematical Olympiad


Student of class XI and XII are eligible to appear. However in case of exceptionally
brilliant student, they also allows students from lower classes. Students of
RMO 8th, 9th and 10th are advised to participate/apply only if they are VERY GOOD
in Mathematics. However we have started this course for 8th, 9th and
10th class students also to help them in preparing for future RMO's.

National standard examination in Physics:


NSEP is the first stage of selection of students in the physics Olympiad Programme,
organised by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT).
Stage I: National Standard Examination in Physics (NSEP). Stage 1 is conducted by
IAPT.
NSEP Stage II: Indian National Physics Olympiad (INPhO),
Stage III: Orientation cum Selection Camp (OCSC) in physics,
Stage IV: Pre-departure Training Camp (PDT) for IPhO,
Stage V: Participation in International Physics Olympiad (IPhO).
Stages 2 to Stage 5 are organized by the HBCSE.

National standard examination in Chemistry


If you want to appear in International Chemistry Olympiad, then first stage is NSEC.
To participate in International Chemistry Olympiad, student has to go through
the 5 stage process.
NSEC Stage I: National Standard Examination in Chemistry (NSEC),
Stage II: Indian National Chemistry Olympiad (INChO),
Stage III: Orientation cum Selection Camp (OCSC) in chemistry,
Stage IV: Pre-departure Training Camp (PDT) for IChO,
Stage V: Participation in International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO).

National Standard Examination in Biology


All Indian students of Class XI or Class XII (Science stream) and born after
NSEB December 31, 1989 are
eligible to appear for NSEB.12th pass students are not allowed.

National Standard Examination in Junior Science:


If student wants to appear in International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO). The first
NSEJS stage is NSEJS i.e. National Standard Examination in Junior Science. Normally student
of class 8th and 9th are eligible. Few students of 10th class are also eleigible (age
criteria). It covers syllabus of class 9th and 10th.
