graduate from the BC public school
system and will proceed to a post-
secondary institution. Monies are

Be enrolled full-time in their
terminal year of high school and
taking classes during spring,
progressing normally toward
graduation in the spring/summer,
with plans to enter a post-secondary
institution no later than the fall
following graduation. Exhibit a
strong commitment to pursuing and
completing a degree at an accredited
public or private postsecondary
institution in Canada Demonstrate
critical financial need ($65,000 or
less net income per family is
required) Be involved in co-
curricular and community activities
Maintain a minimum grade

SCHOLARSHIP RECORDS
Canadian post-secondary institution,
accredited by the applicable
provincial Ministry of Education,
during the 2014 - 2015 academic
year. A full-time program is defined
by consecutive Fall and Winter
semesters. Applicants must be at
least 18 years old on January 31,
2015. Awards are based on
applicant's essay. Essays may be
written either in English or in
French. Only one essay will be
accepted per applicant
This is a competitive scholarship.
Applicants are evaluated according
to academic ability, social awareness,
financial need and appreciation of

January UNION PLUS SCHOLARSHIP $150,000 recommended. scholarships
Complete the BC Educational
Award application showing specific
plans as to immediate future
academic, technical, or vocational
education or training studies. Prepare
a 300 to 500 word essay, on the
value of parent involvement in
education, with reference to Parent
Advisory Councils (PACs), District
BCCPAC EDUCATIONAL Parent Advisory Councils (DPACs),
