DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR / IMPROPER CONDUCT IN EXAMINATIONS

The successful conduction of examinations depends greatly on the integrity, alertness and sincerity of all
examination handling officials. These guidelines aim to set out uniform codes of conduct for each official
engaged in connection with examinations held for various courses of SSTC, SSGI Bhilai. It is, therefore,
necessary that each one of these students should follow the rules and guidelines strictly.

expelled from examination hall. The student is
also debarred and forfeits the seat. The
performance of the original student who has been
impersonated, shall be cancelled in all the
subjects of the examination (including practicals
and project work) already appeared and shall not
be allowed to appear for examinations of the
remaining subjects of that semester/year.

APPEAL COMMITTEE

A candidate to whom the decision of the Discipline Committee is communicated and if he or she has
valid reasons to appeal may appeal to Committee of Appeal within two weeks time by depositing the
prescribed fee. The applicant will be given an opportunity to be heard in person by the committee if
he/she so desires. Every year the Director shall nominate Committee of Appeal for two years tenure.
The nominees of Committee of Appeal shall not be members of Discipline Committee.
