3. Terms of payment: 30% for deposit（1300USD） , the balance（3000USD） should be paid before
delivery .
付款条款：货款的 30%作为定金(1300 美金)，剩余的发货前付清。
3. Delivery period :Finish Products within 10 work days after receive the deposit, and delivery
within 5 work days after receive the balance. Totally : 10 -15work days .
交货期：10-15 个工作日。

运输条件：从工厂运至青岛港

7. Installation and Expenses
If the buyer need to dispatch engineers to the Seller’s factory to learning and test , the seller can
arrange engineers to training the buyer’s engineer; If the buyer need seller to send engineer to install
the machine , The buyer should pay for the cost of visa , room and board, and the round-trip tickets
for Seller’s engineers.
售后服务：如果买方需要派工程师到卖方学习，卖方需培训卖方的工程师。如果买方需要卖方
卖方派遣工程师安装机械，买方应该负责工程师的签证费用，食宿费用和往返两国的机票等。
8. Guarantee
A warranty period for the Machine is 12 months from the date of finished installation.
质保期：质保期从安装机器完成日开始12个月
