Dismounting/mounting the Protective plates KS:
● There is a Protective plate KS at the bottom of every
finished formwork unit.
● At the top of every finished formwork unit, there is a
'Protective plate KS top'. 9746-308-01
● No protective plates are needed between the Xlife
panels. ➤ Join the panels with Stacking screws KS (E) (2 per
panel), and secure these with linch pins (F) .
➤ Dismount any previously mounted Protective plates
KS and Protective plates KS top. For an exact panel joint: use a formwork ham-
mer as a centring tool.

The railings are locked in place automatically.
The main features: The column-formwork platform is now ready for use.
● This pre-assembled, ready-to-use platform ensures
convenient and safe working on column formworks. Note:
It can be used on columns of any cross-section. When folding the platform back down, first fold down
● The slinging points recessed into the decking make the rear railings, and then the side ones.
it a quick and easy job to lift the platform by crane.
Only one column formwork platform can be used on
each column! Preparing the formwork
● Because the platform can be re-suspended so ➤ Fit 2 Platform adapters KS (K) onto the pre-assem-

next during concreting. This means that one platform linch pins (L) .

● The practical swing-out side railings make it easy to
get on or off the platform. Both the side railings can

be fixed in either the open or closed position. K

Combined with the Column formwork platform L
