2. Where the performance score exceeds +4 or -4 it will be plotted at the top or bottom of the chart. The
actual performance score is displayed next to the point.
3. z scores are indicated using (Circle)
4. z' score are indicated using (Triangle)

Full details of the scheme, test sample types, analytes and data analysis can be found in the corresponding
Main Reports, along with any technical comments, if applicable. The Main Report is the definitive version.
