Solving an Exponential Equation

Solving an exponential equation take the “common log” of both sides

Common log- is log10- it is the button on the calculator.

Solving a Logarithmic equation

To Condense PPMAN backwards NAMPP
Must condense log function on each side of the equation (can only

Take the Natural Log (Ln) of both sides. Lne- similar to common log, but has a base of e.
