Afternoon:

15.05 Presentation by Frank Uffen and Marc Sampietro.
15.25 drinks and bites/experience room and VR glasses
16.15 start walking with the first group to the Construction site
16.30 – 17.45 Hard Hat Tours through the Palazzo del Sonno building, Via Lorenzo Il Magnifico 95- 97

Tour leaders walk back to the Cortile and have to be back at 18.00 hours max before the presentation of
the next group will start.

Tour Schedule
We’ll divide the guest in 4 different groups. Each group has their own color. As soon as a guest registers,
he’ll get a color. So the colors are just to divide the guests and don’t have a special meaning, except the
color for press! A group will contain max 12 guests.

The tours are giving by Florinda, Maarten, Andrea and Eva

First tour will be given by Maarten: color green


Second tour will be given by Florinda: color pink
Third tour will be given by Andrea: color yellow
Fourth tour will be given by Eva: color blue

First shift we have 44 RSVP guests: so max 11 guests per group


Second shift we have 47 RSVP guests: so max 12 guests per group

Each group leaves at The Cortile, Via Cristoforo Landino 2 approx. 10 mins after each other to walk to the
TSH Construction Site, Via Lorenzo Il Magnifico 95- 97
