two separate answer sheets: one for ELA/reading and one for mathematics. Though
this will require additional handling and processing, schools will not have to lose
instructional days for standalone field test administrations April 23 – May 4.

NC Math 1 at grade 10 assessment consists of 25 multiple-choice items.

The time required to complete the field test items will be unique to each individual
student, depending on the student’s ability to maintain focus and his or her medical
