• Lead-free, environmentally friendly. TRINAR® 5000 Fluoropolymer
coating is a two coat system,
composed of a high performance
fluoropolymer topcoat, over
specified high performance primer.
The topcoat is formulated with a
minimum of 70% polyvinylidene
fluoride (PVDF) resin. This unique
resin is combined with other
proprietary resins and the highest
quality ceramic and inorganic
pigments for the finest metal finish
available. All pigments are lead-free.

Application
TRINAR® 5000 is a factory
applied finish that is applied
through roller coatings to properly
cleaned and then oven baked to
cure, over pretreated first quality
substrates, including Hot-Dipped
Galvanized (HDG), Galvalume®,
Galfan and Aluminum.
