Bloomberry Resort Corp., referred to as “Bloomberry” operates as a holding company.

It engages in
developing tourist facilities, casino entertainment, and hotel and amusement-themed projects. It was
was founded on May 3, 1999 and is headquartered in Parañaque, Philippines.

History
1999 - Bloomberry was mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of consumer
communication and electronic equipment and operated within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ) until
2003.
As of December 31, 2011 - Bloomberry, was a majority-owned subsidiary of Wespac Holdings
Incorporated (WHI).
On February 6, 2012 - Prime Metroline Holding sold 100% of its ownership interest in Sureste
Properties, Inc. (Sureste), to Bloomberry for 5.9 billion.
As of December 31, 2016 - Bloomberry’s subsidiaries include Sureste and its wholly-owned subsidiary,
Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. (BRHI), Bloom Capital B.V and its subsidiary Solaire de Argentina
S.A., Solaire Korea Co., Ltd and its subsidiaries Golden & Luxury Co., Ltd and Muui Agricultural
Corporation.

SURESTE PROPERTIES, INCORPORATED is located in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

BLOOMBERRY RESORTS AND HOTELS INC. is located at Solaire Executive Offices, Solaire Resort and
Casino, Asean Ave., Entertainment City, Paranaque City.

Organizational Structure (Internal)


The Board of Director are composed of 7 people.
Enrique K. Razon Jr. as the Chairman and CEO, Jose Eduardo J. Alarilla acting as the Vice Chairman.
Other board of directors are Thomas Arasi, Christian R. Gonzalez, Donato C. Almeda, Jon Ramon Aboitiz
which is a independent director together with Carlos C. Ejercito.

Their popular buildings are the Bay Tower and the newly constructed Sky Tower which serves

 Retails and Others - Cash revenues from lease rentals, spa services, laundry services,
communication and transportation services and other services.

 12.2 hectares located in Muui Island in the Republic of Korea.
 Silmi Island that has an area of 20.96 hectares and is adjacent to the 12.2 hectares property in
Muui Island.
