of Absolute Sale, Deed of Assignment, Real Estate Taxes up to the
time of sale, Tenants, shall be for the account of the SELLER.

:Transfer Fees, Surveying/Relocations, Conversions if any, and

other incidental expenses, shall be for the account of the BUYER.

9.CONDITIONS

:In case of excess of PURCHASE PRICE from the ASKING

PRICE (OVERPRICE), said excess shall be forwarded to
the AGENT(S);

: This Authority is EXCLUSIVE and therefore, all previous

authorities given by me or by any member of my family are all
cancelled, revoked and rescinded.

10.OTHERS
:That the above-name person/s or agent/s has the sole authority
to transact and negotiate the said property/ies to any registered
buyer.
