1.2 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.2.1 Description of the Organization

This section gives a general description of JC (Cambodia) International Airlines Company limited.
JC (Cambodia) International Airlines is a scheduled and unscheduled airlines operator in the
Kingdom of Cambodia. The company operate the Airbus A320-214 aircraft, 180 seats.

The organization of the Engineering & Maintenance Department, JC (Cambodia) International

Airlines consists of the following;
- The Accountable Manager is responsible for the implementation of long-term objectives of
the company and for supervision of the overall operations of the Engineering &
Maintenance Department.
The Engineering & Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Accountable Manager and
is responsible for the daily operations of the Engineering & Maintenance Department,
including all maintenance facilities.
The Quality Assurance Manager reports directly to the Accountable Manager and
responsible for implementing and monitoring an independent quality system to ensure
compliance with all airworthiness requirements of the Engineering & Maintenance
Department and SSCA requirements.

1.2.2 Relationship with other Organizations

The Technical Department of the Contracted AMO is contracted to provide maintenance to JC

(Cambodia) International Airlines Co. Ltd. under an Aircraft Maintenance Services Agreement.
The Contracted Maintenance Organisation will be responsible to maintain and control Scheduled
Maintenance, Un-scheduled maintenance, repair and Overhaul of JC (Cambodia) International
Airlines aircraft.

The Engineering & Maintenance Department and the Quality Assurance Department of JC
(Cambodia) International Airlines is responsible for close coordination, monitoring and
supervising the standards of safety, security and meeting SSCA requirements for Contracted
Maintenance.

1.2.3 Fleet Composition & Type of Operation
