Narrative The listed subject was brought to the station after the St. Lawrence County
Sheriff’s Department responded to a call in the Town of Potsdam. While on scene,
deputies discovered that Whalen had an active Bench Warrant with the Potsdam
Police Department, stemming from a trespassing complaint first reported on
December 7th. Whalen was transported to the Potsdam Police Department, where
he was processed, and brought to Potsdam Town Court for arraignment. Whalen
was held at St Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash/
$500.00 bond.
