Did Paul make mention that the baptism is not a requirement for salvation?

In 1 Corinthians 15:1-2 Paul writes with an understanding that you are keeping
God's commandments.
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which
also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye
have believed in vain

Now lets read Romans 8:17-25, Paul tells us that we are saved by hope
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we
suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared
with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of
God.

20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who
hath subjected the same in hope,

21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into
the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until
now.

23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we
ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our
body.

24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth,
why doth he yet hope for?

25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Matthew 24:13
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Did Paul make mention that the baptism is not a requirement for salvation?

1 Corinthians 1:6-10
6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:

7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no
divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

Now lets see what God commands of us to be set as judgment from the apostle Paul in Romans 10:3,9-17

3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted
themselves unto the righteousness of God.

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the
dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have
not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel
of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The word of God is his commandments; therefore righteousness is established by obeying God, but we sin by disobeying
his laws. Romans 6:14-16
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye
are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto
righteousness?

Deuteronomy 6:25
And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath
commanded us.
Did Paul make mention that the baptism is not a requirement for salvation?
Lets read into 1 Corinthians 1:17 to get a clear understanding as to what Paul was sent to do in Corinth.

13 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

14 I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;

15 Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name.

16 And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other.

17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be
made of none effect.

18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

We can now conclude that Paul did everything by the law he baptized Crispus, Gaius, and the household of
Stephanas. Paul tells us that he was not sent to baptize in Corinth, but sent to preach the Gospel. And like Jesus he
preached in Galilee. Matthew 4:23
Now lets get those commandments from Paul and look at the conditions of being saved in Romans 10:3,9-17

3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted
themselves unto the righteousness of God.

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel

17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The word of God is his commandments; therefore righteousness is established by obeying God, but we sin by disobeying

14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Deuteronomy 6:25
And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath
commanded us.
