1. CONCEPCIONES:
1.1Los actores en los procesos de enseñanza –aprendizaje son, principalmente, el docente

la investigación que implica los métodos y enfoques que faciliten tales fases de aprendizaje
y enseñanza; los objetivos y beneficios de esa clase tan individual como grupalmente; los
momentos de la clase y sus tiempos (the warm up, explanation, the ending, questions and
doubts, and so on); los talleres, tareas y evaluaciones para practicar lo visto y mirar los
aprendizajes; el feedback y reflexión.

it is the complex work of train citizens and human beings to become the best version of
people that could be. Thus, it means that we as educators need more than a like for our work,
we require something really special: passion and enormous love because we have in our hand
the hope and progress of the world. We are responsible for the best or worst performance of
the future doctors, singers, politicians, and so on, that is the hopefulness of the new
generations. Definitely, the profession of teacher is a gratifying lifestyle must impact all the
dimensions of our society, specially, political aspects, for this reason is that we have to be
the first political role model that transforms positive society with our example of life, words
and actions.
Second, I am the kind of teacher that is focused on the students' interest and needs. I try to
observe their attitudes, their way of being in every class and being adequate in touch to
meet them deeply. In this way, I encourage myself to apply the cooperative and
collaborative work within the classroom by virtue to be able to build an atmosphere of
inclusion and interculturality to break the barriers of racisms, prejudices and intolerance.
Also, I really do my best to motivate them autonomous learning and desire for learning
beyond my subject, but for life. I work to show the learning of a foreign language as simple
and funny activities, then, I always use approaches and strategies that let them feel
confidence, relax and joyful as the Suggestopedia and the TPR.
Finally, I want to become in the kind of teacher that has its unique teaching style that facilites
the learners’ learning process. What I previously mentioned it means that I will have more
confidence in myself as a human being and as wonderful teacher so I could couch the essence
of my area that is not only English or Spanish, but is teaching as a pretext to teach in human
values examples of being happier and more grateful. I hope that I could value every class
‘experience as an unforgettable and decisive moment to the big changes that wishes our
community. I wish I can learn every day from my student to be a better person and a better
teacher, these are my goals with teaching to serve and contribute to improve the opportunities
of my students in order to be the most inspiring for them and also their love ones.
