Service type: Cooling tower process control tool

Instructions for a Cooling tower process control tool:

a. Attached is an Exl. File.
b. explanation for the column in the file:
i. Analyze the make-up water and type the values into relevant yellow
lines in column 1.
ii. Analyze the cooling water and type the values into relevant yellow
lines in column 2.
iii. Column 3 will calculate automatically the actual concentration
cycles.
iv. Column 4 will calculate automatically the theoretical UET
Concentration.
v. Column 5 will calculate automatically the deviation between the
concentration should have received under UET treatment:
1. The conductivity will be always 0.0 due to the fact that the
conductivity is the reference for all calculations.
2. In the other parameters beside conductivity: positive values
(above 12%), it means that historic scale is being dissolved
from the cooling system into the cooling water.
3. Whenever there is no deviation and the values will be 0.0
(±12%), it means that the system is working properly
according to the UET stability Index
4. Whenever there is negative deviation and the values will be
below 0.0 (-12%), it means that the system is working with
tendency of accelerating corrosive properties.
vi. Column 6 will calculate automatically the UET Standard for the
Cooling Water.
vii. Column 7 will calculate automatically the deviation between the
actual values and the UET Standard. The behavior of this column is
equal to column number 5 (see above).
