rarely and even no one seller in
Malang town.
 I like Anime Doraemon and
Dorayaki is a food that liked
Doraemon. That’s what makes
me Dorayaki Bread business.
 Dorayaki ia a tradisional cake in Jepang. This cake made with two bends
sticked with red peanut jam. Dorayaki in Indonesia be adapted to local teste
of Indonesian society, that is Dorayaki which contains chocolate and cheese
jam. In this business, i made Dorayaki dough with a mixture of orange
sunkist water and for adhesive using chocolate, strawberry, cheese, pineapple,
srikaya, and other jam according to consumer tastes.
 This Dorayaki Bread a price of Rp 5.000/piece. The price could changes
every time if the material of Dorayaki Bread making increases.
 Marketing Strategy
What : The products I sell are Dorayaki Bread.
Who : Students at a Universitas Negeri Malang.
Why : Because the price is cheap according to the pockets of students.
Where : On campus, in kost and on the street.
When : At break time.
How : Media marketing that is used by utilizing social media

various flavor variants tailored to the wishes of consumers.
Weakness : There is no capital to develop Dorayaki Bread
Oportunity : Because Dorayaki Bread is the first innovation, this product will
master the market in Malang
Treath : There will be a tendency for other sellers to imitate Dorayaki
Bread in next few years

Do not know the power of the competitors because there is no competitors
who sell similar products.
