XYO Network Joins the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance

Blockchain leader in crypto-location technology strengthens framework and alliances

San Diego, CA, March 29, 2018 --(PR.com)-- XYO Network, a firm that has built the first
location-based blockchain network that tracks the movement of items in the real world, today announced
that it has joined the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the world's largest open source blockchain
initiative with more than 400 member companies. The EEA seeks to create open industry standards and
frameworks for blockchain applications based on the core Ethereum platform.

XYO is engaged in the research and development of building applications and a network that bridges the
digital world and the real world. Utilizing Bluetooth and GPS devices that have location transmitting
abilities, XYO has built a trustless network of one million devices worldwide that can provide real-time
location information, leveraging transmitting devices that are already deployed and available.

“We have only begun to scratch the surface of crypto-location technology and how it can be applied to an
almost unlimited number of uses for consumers and businesses ranging from small operations to
multi-national corporations. Joining the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance will help us strengthen our
framework, build a number of critical alliances, and advance our technology and outreach in untold new
and dynamic ways,” said XYO Network co-founder Markus Levin.

XYO has also joined the Trusted IoT Alliance that has the mission of creating open source tools and
standards to connect IoT and blockchain ecosystems to deliver business value.

About XYO Network

XYO Network built the world's first decentralized location verification system with more than one
million Bluetooth and GPS devices already around the world. After years of investment and
breakthroughs in crypto-location technology, XYO is poised to help bring the promise and the benefits of
blockchain technology to the real world on a massive and global scale in location-reliant trade markets
that generate trillions of dollars in activity.

This can have a profound impact on businesses that rely on the delivery of goods and services requiring
proof of location documentation, including online transaction businesses such as Amazon. It also brings
added value for a multitude of industries ranging from airline baggage tracking, medical facility
equipment tracking, cargo hold inventory verification, package theft detection, car rental key tracking,
school arrival notification and countless more.

Ethereum-based technology best practices, open standards, and open-source reference architectures. The
EEA is helping to evolve Ethereum into an enterprise-grade technology, providing research and
development in a range of areas, including privacy, confidentiality, scalability, and security. The EEA is
also investigating hybrid architectures that span both permissioned and public Ethereum networks as well
as industry-specific application layer working groups.

EEA will collectively develop open industry standards and facilitate collaboration with its member base
and is open to any members of the Ethereum community who wish to participate. This open-source
framework will enable the mass adoption at a depth and breadth otherwise unachievable in individual
corporate silos and provide insight to the future of scalability, privacy, and confidentiality of the public
Ethereum permissionless network.
