Jordyn assists all students with their work and sets expectations. She has worked with students in small group settings to work with the needs of indiviudal students and has taught whole group
instruction where expectations have been set for student success. She expresses positive reinforcement to help motivate students.

Jordyn has assisted with grading and follows best practices. She has participated in an IEP meeting and has kept the discussion confidential. She has addressed playground issues and makes sure the
students are treated fairly.

Jordyn's actions and follow trough reflect her dedication to the profession teaching and learning. She is prepared and ready to meet the academic and social needs of the students.
During the debrief conversation suggestions were provided regarding the use of a timer to provide strucutre for the students; and to increase their attention to the task with a sense of urgency. Additional
examples of the bio poem would have provided students with other ideas for their personal poem. Additionally, having tasks prepared for students who complete the task early would be appropriate.
