CONSULTANT PROFILE – Sue Smith

Sue has over 20 years worth of knowledge and experience developing and conducting
corporate, business and customer services training for a variety of industries, including
financial services, marketing, government and retail. Sue is highly conscientious in follow-
through, planning and organisation of new ideas/products and readily accepts new
challenges.

Sue demonstrates exceptional communication skills with extensive public speaking/


presentation experience. Her well-developed capacity to build trusting relationships,

customised communication/team building/ customer focus workshops over a 2-year
period, to a major government agency
