Awarded to the family of Mr. Pablo Estipular in 1958 during the leadership of the late Hon. Luis L.
Lardizabal, former City Mayor; eventually transferred to his heirs Mr. Eddie Estipular and Mr. Florante
Estipular. The title of the property was issued as per TCT No. 2011000290 with Tax Declaration of land
ARP No. 2011-03-009-112228 in favor of the heirs. Real Property Tax paid until December 2012 for
Lot. No Tax paid for the structure.
 2. TITLE No. 60683

Occupied by the family of Mr. Peter Gomgom-o; but as per records at the Assessor’s Office there is NO
Tax Declaration issued.
3. Title No. 60682

Occupied by Mr. Pedro Hetulio with Tax Declaration of Land ARP No. 01-03009-70986. Real Property
Tax Paid until December 2000. No tax paid for the structure.
4. Title No. 60680

The property is being occupied by the family of Mr. Domenciano Lucena with Tax Declaration ARP No.
01-03009-06006, according to one of the family members they are currently processing the documents
for titling of the said property. Real Property Tax Paid until December 2013 for Lot and Structure.

Occupied by the family of Mr. Segundino Cabanban, Tax Declaration ARP No. 01-03009-06005, Real
Property Tax Paid until December 2013 for Lot and Structure.

Baguio located at Lower Q.M.

Out of the five (5) parcels of land, one (1) has already titled in the name of the occupants, three (3) have
Tax Declaration under the name of the beneficiaries and one (1) have no tax declaration.
