As HVAC Foreman from March 2002 in MOH Project (Sabah Hospital) & Since 2007 As General
Foreman at Yarmouk Co-op Society for Operation & Maintenance. Bader Al Mulla has been
contracted for full maintenance of the 24 hour Super-market.
As General Foreman and Shift-in-charge , my primary job entails First hand repairs for All
Electrical, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Fire fighting & Building Automation System. Carrying out
overhauling of Central Air- conditioning – Air-Cooled chillers package type, Split type, Window type
A/c, Walk in Cold Storage, Freezer problems and all electrical equipments including Walkalators &
Cargo lifts.

11 years – SAUDI ARABIA ( King Khalid Military City )

February 1990 to October 2000.

Worked with Directorate of King Khalid Military City, Northern Area Command Saudi Arabia. As
HVAC Foreman in this Military city All major installation of Air Cooled Chillers, Package Type Air-
conditioners, Cold storage, Freezer’s and all Electrical Equipments where maintained. Due to vast
Area coverage my responsibility was to collect all work order of different location to carry out repair
works and besides having Saudi Driving license, I could carry out all type of jobs including Installation
of New Compressors and new package Air conditioner with the help of Crane truck also trouble
shooting of all Electrical equipments.
I have gained a good Experience including Computer knowledge to keep up with the advance
Technology, Building Automation System and Micro Proccessor.

4 years – INDIA ( Mumbai )

January 1986 to February 1990

Worked with M/s. Nova Industries (NRS), Mumbai. Contractor for Maintenance of Central A/C As a
Representative of Nova Industries and Site In-charge I have carried out Maintenance of ( Voltas
Central A/c, Package Split A/c & Domestic A/c’s and all Electrical Equipments ) At Inter Gold
(INDIA) Private Ltd, Subcontract of Nova Industries.

1-1/2 year – INDIA ( Mumbai )

August 1984 to December 1985

Worked with M/s. Jerome & Co. Mumbai India, ( Voltas Engineer ) Contractor for Erection and Maintenance of
Central A/c. As a A/c Technician I have carried out all type of work at Erection and Maintenance of Central
Air-conditioning units, as well as Descaling of Voltas Central A/c water cooled condensers, Carry out control
wiring of all Electrical Equipments.

1-year – INDIA (Mumbai )

June 1983 to July 1984

Worked at Fr. Agnel Industrial Training Institute ( work shop ) As a Apprentice carried out service for
Central Package A/c’s, Domestic cooling units and Electrical wiring and repairs of all Electrical
