JOB VACANCY 
We are looking for experienced, talented individuals to work at our Construction projects for the 
following positions. 

CIVIL ENGINEER ‐ 02 

Requirements: 
‐  Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering 
‐  Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin 
‐  Minimum 02 years’ experience 
‐  Work experience on projects of major construction work (Resorts/Hotels preferable) will 
be an added advantage. 
‐  Ability to work with multiple discipline projects 
‐  Decision making ability and leadership skills 

ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN ‐ 01 

Requirements: 
‐  Advanced Diploma, or a two‐year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship 
program or the equivalent in a technical field. 
‐  Minimum 02 years’ experience 
‐  Three to five years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanic 
hydraulic and pneumatic fields. 

GEODETIC SURVEYOR ‐ 01 

Requirements: 
‐  University Degree in Land Surveying, Mapping, Geometrics or any other relevant field. 
‐  5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and 
plumbing 
‐  Project management and supervision skills 
MEP ENGINEER ‐ 01 

Requirements: 
- University Degree in MEP Engineering or related field. 
- 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical 
and plumbing. 
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin 
- Extensive expertise in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumping 

PROJECT ENGINEER ‐ 01 

Requirements: 
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering 
- Minimum 02 years’ experience 
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects 
- Project management and supervision skills. 

Benefits: 
‐  One day off per week 
‐  Medical leave will be provided. 
‐  30 days annual leave including return ticket to point of hire. 

Salary: Depending on experience & qualifications.
