FormFactor Project – “Full Cycle” (October 2007 - Present)

Restructuring the manufacturing (OSFM 11.5.10) and Costing (Standard method) configuration and business processes.

Propose a complete (As-Is) assessment and (To-Be) solution to improve the OSFM network routings, operation yield, estimated

scrap analysis, manufacturing cost variances analysis, cost rollup process, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Inventory Reservation and month-end closing processes.

. Conduct a Global Product Cost Rollup simulation process and modify new product families configuration (BOM, Routings, Item

attributes) to meet business requirements. PM: Prepare a detailed Project Plan, Cutover Plan, Steering Committee weekly status report, and managed the functional and Technical team.

UT Star.com Project – “Full Cycle” (January – October 2007)

. Conducted an assessment and gathered business requirements from Hangzhou, China and USA plants. Traveled to China to

demonstrate Oracle R12 functionality and discuss gaps.

Implementing Oracle R12 Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM/, WMS, Inventory, & STD Cost).

Designed various manufacturing scenarios such as (i) WMS Manufacturing Allocation [FIFO Picking Rules by Item Revision,

Subinventory, Locator and Lot number], (ii) Inter-company & Transfer Pricing transactions, and (iii) outsourcing scenarios.

Proposed a complete Costing solution to sync cost in all Inventory Orgs and OU to eliminate the Inter-company PPV transactions.

Conducted and documented Gap Analysis in various areas in supply chain modules.

. Assisted the ASCP team in various areas such as Lead Time, analyzing Planned Orders, meet Scheduled Shipping Dates (SSD), Analyze Supply & Demand, and Forecast consumption.

Throughout these projects, His main responsibilities were:

.Responsible for developing separate project plans for business requirements, gap analysis, user training, user acceptance testing, reconciliation between the two systems and data conversion. .Designed, reviewed and executed manufacturing integration test scripts for Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and assisted super users in training and reporting gap analysis.

Performed detailed analysis of various client requirements and documented the specifications using Oracle AIM methodology tool.
