Subsections X302.1 and 4302Q.1 of the Manual of Reguiations are hereby amended to read as follows: Aliowance for Probable Losses; booking & Specific allowance for probable losses for classified loans and other risk assets 2s require in the guidelines shall be set up immediately. b. Agenerai provision for loan iosses shall also be set up as foliows: 4 FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF UNCLASS! RESTRUCTURED LOANS LESS THE TSTANDING BALANCE OF RESTRUCTURED LOANS \WHICH ARE CONSIDERED NON-RISK UNDER EXISTING LAWS/RULES/REGULATIONS; (1%) of the outstanding balance of < loans other than restructured loans jess loans which are—consicered = non-risk = under _—_ existing aves! ulesiragulat
