Hello employees:
organizational change process plan for the company Nestle. The organizational change plan is
based on one of the major issues Nestle face today, child labor. Child labor in Nestle has
occurred for years, (Clark, 2015). Children are held against their will, not paid, and work in and
under harsh conditions. The organizational change process is based on these allegations to
prevent any further illegal actions within the organization. The change process will begin and
strive to bring awareness and adhere to strict rules and regulations leading to a cease in child
labor from Nestle and potentially within other companies and organizations as well.
The communication plan will be an ongoing process. Employees will meet monthly to
obtain new and current information on this change process. There is no timeline for the
organizational communication change plan. The communication plan will be in effect until
positive results are produced and it becomes a structured foundation of the organization. The
issues within the organization. It is imperative to stay current and aware of the many issues that

employers, employees, and people all over. Communication has always been one of the most
valuable tools in any organization. It is very important that the stakeholders understand a change
has been implemented and things are in place and on the road to being corrected. The

communication plan will set the structure foundation of the communication platform for this
organization and build bridges and connections with many people in the future.
