Running Head: Organizational Communication

Hello employees:

The organizational communication plan will be implemented due to the

organizational change process plan for the company Nestle. The organizational change plan is

based on one of the major issues Nestle face today, child labor. Child labor in Nestle has

occurred for years, (Clark, 2015). Children are held against their will, not paid, and work in and

under harsh conditions. The organizational change process is based on these allegations to

prevent any further illegal actions within the organization. The change process will begin and

strive to bring awareness and adhere to strict rules and regulations leading to a cease in child

labor from Nestle and potentially within other companies and organizations as well.

The communication plan will be an ongoing process. Employees will meet monthly to

obtain new and current information on this change process. There is no timeline for the

organizational communication change plan. The communication plan will be in effect until

positive results are produced and it becomes a structured foundation of the organization. The

communication process is implemented due to a lack of knowledge and understanding of many

issues within the organization. It is imperative to stay current and aware of the many issues that

may arise. Resources the communication plan will include, social media outlets, memos, emails,

public seminars, and so forth, (Spector, B. (2013). These resources for the communication plan

will help with the awareness.

There are many people who are affected by this major issue. The communication plan

will help to cease the problem. Individuals who are affect are children, parents, stakeholders,

employers, employees, and people all over. Communication has always been one of the most

valuable tools in any organization. It is very important that the stakeholders understand a change

has been implemented and things are in place and on the road to being corrected. The

communication plan will set the structure foundation of the communication platform for this

organization and build bridges and connections with many people in the future.
