Monthly Club Meeting 14-9-2017

Minutes of the Meeting:
We welcomed the newly enrolled member Nayar Kamal into RCRYK ROHI.
Highlight’s of activity during the last meetings.
The Club secretary Umair Aziz briefly describe about the activities conducted during the last
30 days. On 20-8-2017 5 Member’s spend their whole day for Rotary activities. Club Members
visit Chachran Sharif , where they met with the community mobilizer who briefly describe us
about the Polio Campaign’s in Chacharan Sharif. Club Members on Behalf be RCRYK ROHI
distribute 2 Polio Kits in Chachraan Sharif in Polio teams.
Further Club members visit the Banzir Bhutu Shaheed Bridge to finalize the location for
installation of POLIO Container at bridge.
For a fellowship Club members move in Koth Mithan on the Tomb of Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam
Farid.
Another activity was done in Firdous Surgical Hospital , Nawa Kot Khanpur, where RTN.
Khawaja Irshad Ahmad Managed the activity and Club members distribute two-wheel chairs
to disabled and needful persons.
Khawaja Irshad Ahmad further lead the members towards Gvt Eye Hospital and Darbar e
Hussain for installation of Water filtration plant. All members visit the both places and finalize
the locations for plant instalment. Their feasibility report and water sample is under process
which will shared soon.
RCRYK ROHI was also invited on 4-9-2017 by Chairmen Cyclist Rahim Yar Khan , for prize
ceremony. RCRYK ROHI distribute certificates among participants of END POLIO NOW Cycle
race.
Another activity was done on 7-9-2017 at RCRYK ROHI Vocation training institute Noor e wali
, where the prize distribute was conducted by miss Rehana (Instructor). RCRYK ROHI from 2
years after every success full batch gift a swing machine who attains the first position in
particular batch. On that Nisar Gujar Was guest of that activity and he also gave a 5 thousand
cash prize for the first position.
In the meeting Mr Ahmed Awais Arif with the consent of house members announce the
committee members for the session of 2017-18.

4. Laid down the club By Laws and rules and regulations.
