da saúde e da educação.

com vasta experiência profissional e em investigação.

transdisciplinar, sendo feita uma partilha de informação,
conhecimento e competências através das diferentes
fronteiras disciplinares e áreas de especialidade.
• Assume uma política de colaboração entre todos
os profissionais, sendo realizados momentos
de encontro/reuniões de equipa para discussão dos casos,
definição de objectivos e tomadas de decisões.
• Intervém no contexto natural do utente, procurando dar
apoio e providenciar estratégias aos familiares e/ou
cuidadores, assim como promover ambientes facilitadores

Felicity - who are we?
We are a transdisciplinary team of professionals from the fields
of health and education.
• Formed by professionals from senior staff specialised
in rehabilitation and re-education therapies with vast
professional and research experience.
• Characterised by a model of transdisciplinary intervention,
which shares information, knowledge, and competencies
across different disciplines and areas of specialisation.
• Follows a policy of collaboration among all the
professionals, with team meetings held to discuss cases,
set goals and make decisions.

A nossa forma de trabalhar:
Dispomos de um regulamento interno que define a qualidade
do nosso atendimento e a rapidez com que desenvolvemos
cada processo;
Temos normas de segurança e de higiene que cumprimos para
nossa salvaguarda e de cada um dos nossos pacientes;
Cada um de nós exibe um crachá de identificação, veste um
pólo de representação e desloca-se num veículo decorado com
a marca Felicity.
Para cada sessão de avaliação ou de intervenção, preparamos
e transportamos os materiais mais pertinentes, adaptados e
recentes do ponto de vista tecnológico e científico;
Partilhamos os nossos resultados com outras entidades
externas ao processo de avaliação/intervenção, mediante
autorização dos respectivos pacientes ou encarregados de
educação ou cuidadores;
Informamos e orientamos todos os agentes intervenientes no
processo de reabilitação/reeducação de cada um dos nossos
pacientes;
Cooperamos, num conceito de equipa transdisciplinar, em
todos os processos de avaliação ou intervenção que já se
encontrem a ser executados por outras entidades de saúde ou
de educação.
Our way of working:
We have internal regulations that establish the quality of our
assistance and the speed with which we develop each process;
We have health and safety rules that we follow to safeguard
ourselves and each of our patients;
We all wear an identification badge, a branded polo shirt and
travel in a vehicle that bears the Felicity logo.
For each assessment or intervention session, we prepare and
transport the most suitable materials, which are specially
adapted and make use of cutting edge science and technology;
We share our results with other entities outside the
assessment/intervention process, with the due authorisation of
the respective patients, guardians or carers;
We inform and supervise our agents in the rehabilitation/re-
education process of each of our patients;
We cooperate, as a transdisciplinary team, in all the processes
of assessment or intervention that are already being carried out
by other health or education entities.

 A Rita sabe perfeitamente a paixão que lhe desenha sorrisos
no rosto. Vive cada nota de música como uma paixão eterna e
tudo o que queria era poder transmiti-lo aos outros.
Ser capaz também ela de criar sons e de juntá-los em fórmulas
de encantamento. Ser capaz. Esse era o sonho da Rita e essa
