Following the decision of the Ghana Immigration Service not to restore the Residence/Work Permit which was cancelled on 15 June, 2017, an application for Mandamus was filed at the High Court and same was granted. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court took a different view and quast Court on 8t March, 2018. Surprisingly, on 11% March, 2018, officers of the residence of Mr. Ashok Kumar Sivaram and with bl him out of the country the same day.
