OBJECTIVES
At the end of the session, the students are expected to:
1. identify and express one’s own feelings or emotions;
2. create a collage on the various emotions;
3. identify the speaker’s purpose(s); and
4. recall past experiences that involve emotions being expressed.

IV. PROCEDURES

B. Establishing a purpose Motivation: The teacher will ask five (5)
for the lesson volunteers to create the emotion face
templates to create faces depicting
different emotions or feelings that each
learner feels during this day i.e. happy,
sad, angry, content, disappointed, afraid,
lonely and jealous. Afterwards, the
volunteers will say something why they
have created such face template.
C. Presenting Activity. Mechanics:
Examples/instances of new 1. The class will be divided into five (5)
lesson groups.
2. Each group will make a collage out of
the magazines and materials given to
them.
3. Each group will cut-out pictures from
the magazines on situations or images
that manifest any emotional
expression.
4. They will paste the cut-outs on the
manila paper.
5. The group will be given five (5)
minutes to accomplish the task.
6. Afterwards, a five(5) minute
presentation will be done.

applications of concepts and teacher will let the learners see
skills a video pertaining to emotions.
They will give their insights
on the video and identify the
speaker’s purpose(s) by
writing a paragraph.
