Trinidad Sanchez, Dominican Republic, represented in this act by Mr. WILLIAM HASTING
(Vice-President) and Mr. TIMOTHY PETER MOLLER, (Treasurer), on behalf of its
members, managers, and directors in general, any kind of legal proceedings, any
complaint or a civil action Actor, or potential claim of any kind in the courts of the
Dominican Republic, and any claim in damages against him, in all matters relating to the

PETER MOLLER (Treasurer), who accept this withdrawal, and they have nothing to
complain against Mr. Gaetan PREVOST and ANGELE MARCOUX, either in the present or
