Nature of Contract-XYZ Group of Hotels requested for the supply of alcoholic and non-

alcoholic beverages, and the supplier herein has agreed to provide the items based on the

terms and conditions of this contract.

Purpose of the Contract-This contract establishes the agreements between the XYZ Group

of Companies and the XYZ Group of Hotels for the supply of alcoholic and non-alcoholic

drinks at the XYZ Group of Hotels Boston Downtown Branch.

Terms and Conditions-This agreement starts on the 23rd of June 2017 and runs through

23rd of June 2020 unless it is terminated before the end date or extended past the end date.

The supplier and the company may mutually decide to extend the contract agreement by three
months. However, should either party decide to terminate the contract before the agreed date,

a month’s notice will be required in written communication.

Delivery of the Drinks-The products will be delivered at the designated beverage area on a

daily basis. However, the orders and a number of drinks may change depending on the

weather and prevailing market conditions.

Quality of the Products-All the drinks must be fresh, free from damages, have high quality,

and demonstrate high standards of hygiene. All the packages must be sealed, intact, labeled,

and uncontaminated.

Licenses-The XYZ Group of Companies must produce the evidence or proof showing that

the firm is a licensed beverage firm certified by the food and safety ministry.

Prices-The initial cost of the drinks paid by the XYZ Group of Hotels will be 4% above the

XYZ Group of Companies’ wholesale price. However, the supplier and the company will

agree on the effective price review method after the first year.

Payment-XYZ Group of Hotels shall make the payments to the XYZ Group of companies

after receiving the delivery invoice. Payment will be made on a monthly basis.

Insurance-The XYZ Group of Companies must produce evidence that the firm has a

minimum of $20,000,000 insurance compensation for workers following the Public liability

insurance and State Law.
