E Addressable Fire alarm panel- 2 Loops with Min. 9 nr

99 detectors & 99 devices capacity for each loop.

WITH BUILDERS PANEL
F Integration with Builders existing panel with
required control modules. The builder Master
panel located at ground floor level. The required
Control / Monitoring module and cable to be
considered in part of Scope. (Vendor needs to
collect the necessary information from Site for
the same in consultation with resident project
manager.)

detector complete with base, locking etc. LED
with twin indicators for normal working & on
alarm condition. (Make: Same as Alarm panel)

of required power supply units to be provided for

LOOP SOUNDERS

H Servicing, Installation, testing & commissioning

of addressable loop sounder. (Strobe cum loop
sounder) (Alternatively providing control module
for addressing the same instead of loop sounder is
acceptable, one control module for one sounder). 9 nr

2Cx1.5mm2 Armoured Copper conductor cable.
The rate shall include all necessary cable glands,

C 25 x 25 cable termination box with connectors &

rail arrangement for terminating of cables in

The rate shall include all necessary cable glands,

FIRE HYDRANTS

E Allow for the clearing and servicing of hydrant

pipe ( supply and distributions)

F Allow for the servicing and replacement damaged

hydrant hoses

G Cleaning and replacement of chemicals in the

overhead hydrant tank

H Allow for the builders’ work at the areas affected

by the work
