Tab 1818 Fax 622,784 060 nal psaimigulaeid | wwwiacid PENGUMUMAN NOMOR : 311 /UN2.RSP/SDM.00.01/2018 ‘Tentang PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI TETAP RUMAH SAKIT UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA TAHUN ANGGARAN 2018 Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) adalah Unit Kerja Khusus (UKK) Universitas Indonesia dan berfungsi sebagai unit penunjang akademik. RSUI memberikan kesempatan kepada putra putri terbaik bangsa sebagai calon pegawai RSUI dengan jabatan, kualifikasi pendidikan, dan jumlah formasi sebagaimana terlampir. I. Persyaratan Umum a. Warga Negara Indonesia; b. Memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi yang sesuai dengan lowongan formasi jabatan terlampir; c, Memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan dalam persyaratan khusus masing-masing formasi jabatan; 4. Pelamar hanya bisa melamar 1 (satu) lowongan formasi jabatan; Pelamar diutamakan memiliki pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan masing-masing formasi jabatan; f, Bersedia menandatangani kontrak kerja atau ikatan dinas selama 2 (tahun) sebagai calon pegawai tetap RSUI; 8. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri dan dengan tidak hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS, CPUI/PUI, anggota TNI/POLRI, pegawai BUMN/BUMD atau tidak pernah diberhentikan karena pelanggaran/hukuman bagi pegawai swasta; h. Untuk pelamar yang merupakan pegawai Tetap UI wajib menyertakan surat keterangan dari atasan minimal Pejabat Eselon 2 yang menyatakan telah mengetahui bahwa pegawai yang bersangkutan mengikuti proses seleksi rekrutmen RSUI dan sedang tidak dalam proses pendisiplinan pegawai; i, Untuk pelamar internal tidak diperbolehkan terlibat dalam proses rekrutmen RSUI baik langsung ataupun tidak langsung; J. Bersedia bekerja penuh waktu di RSUI; k, Tidak menjadi anggota/pengurus partai politik; 1. Ijazah pelamar yang diakui adalah ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi “A” atau ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapatkan penetapan penyetaraan dari Panitia Penilaian Ijazah Luar Negeri Kementerian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi; m, Wajib mengikuti segala ketentuan dalam kegiatan rekrutmen calon pegawai RSUI; n, Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara pasif maupun aktif; ©. Apabila dinyatakan lolos hingga tahap akhir maka pelamar wajib menyertakan: 1. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan dibuktikan dengan Sura Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dikeluarkan oleh Polres setempat; 2. Sehat jasmani dan rohani (Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat) serta bebas obat terlarang/narkoba yang wajib dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan bebas NAPZA dari rumah sakit pemerintah minimal Rumah Sakit Kelas B. Seleksi dan Pelaksanaan Tes A. Seleksi melalui 3 (tiga) tahap dengan sistem gugur yang meliputi: 1. Seleksi administrasi; 2, Assessment psikologis; 3. Wawancara. B. Lokasi pelaksanaan seleksi 1. Lokasi Assessment psikologis akan dilaksanakan di Kampus UI Depok; 2. Lokasi seleksi wawancara akan bertempat di Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan, dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia, Kampus UI Depok. C. Proses pendaftaran seluruh aplikasi rekrutmen ini menggunakan Bahasa Inggris; 2. Tidak ada bimbingan tes atau persiapan pendahuluan, dan tidak ada pungutan biaya apapun selama proses seleksi; 3. Pengumuman resmi terkait rekrutmen ini hanya ditayangkan pada jac id; 4. Kelulusan pelamar pada setiap tahapan tes bergantung pada kemampuan dan kompetensi pelamar; 5. Keputusan panitia dalam hal kelulusan pelamar pada setiap tahapan tes bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat digangeu gueat; 6. Apabila pelamar memberikan data yang tidak benar dan dikemudian hari diketahui, maka RSUI berhak mendiskualifikasi atau membatalkan hasil atau memberhentikan sebagai calon pegawai, menuntut ganti rugi akibat keterangan yang tidak benar tersebut dan melaporkan sebagai tindak pidana kepada yang berwajib dikarenakan memberikan keterangan palsu; Jaman http://sipeg.ui.ac.id/ng/penerimaan dan www. 7. Apabila pelamar yang diterima sebagai calon pegawai RSUI mengundurkan iri selama masa percobaan, maka dikenakan kewajiban mengganti biaya pelaksanaan rekrutmen yang jumlahnya akan ditentukan kemudian; 8. Sebelum melakukan pendaftaran, sctiap Pelamar diwajibkan membaca keseluruhan persyaratan pendaftaran dan informasi terkait lowongan pada laman resmi sebagaimana poin (3); 9. RSUI tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk konsekuensi akibat kelalaian pelamar dalam mengikuti persyaratan poin (8); 10. Calon pegawai yang lolos seleksi akan menjadi Pegawai RSUI (pegawai UKK) bukan pegawai UI; 11.Pelamar yang telah melengkapi aplikasinya dianggap menyetujui seluruh ketentuan yang berlaku dalam rekrutmen ini dan wajib untuk mengirimkan berkas persyaratan (hard copy) dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut: A. Berkas kelengkapan seleksi administrasi dikirim dengan urutan: 1. Surat Lamaran dalam bentuk tulisan tangan ditujukan kepada; Direktur Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia Kampus UI, Depok 2. Foto berwarna 3x4 sebanyak 2 lembar (bagian belakang dituliskan nama, nomor registrasi dan formasi yang dipilih); 3. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku; 4. Fotokopi Ijazah Pendidikan terakhir sesuai formasi yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat berwenang; 5. Fotokopi Transkrip Nilai Akademik Pendidikan terakhir yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat berwenang; 6. Kelengkapan tambahan (Persyaratan Khusus) seleksi administrasi untuk formasi tenaga kesehatan: melampirkan fotokopi STR yang masih berlaku dan sertifikat pendukung lainnya; B. Berkas kelengkapan seleksi administrasi, dimasukkan ke dalam stopmap berwarna Biru, Stopmap dimasukkan kedalam amplop coklat tertutup, dan dituliskan nama pelamar, nomor pendaftaran, jabatan yang dilamar dan kualifikasi pendidikan pada pojok kanan atas amplop.
