Structural Support for modified taper at inlet end of RK shell.

(B) Dismantling details:

Ram Pusher,
Inlet charging hopper,
Ram support,
Burner, Pipe line & Instruments
Inlet head removing
Ash pit hopper

(C) Activity List:

After removal of existing stationary inlet, it's Accessories & mountings, fabrication of Structural Support segments to get
Trial fitting of new inlet
Further modification of supporting structure for inlet, if required
Trial run of RK with Temporary fitted new inlet, modify support if further required.
Removal of inlet after inspection.
Removal of refractory lining of RK at stationary area for recasting form tapper to parallel
Refractory lining of stationary inlet.
After proper curing, installation of stationary inlet
Fitting new pusher, new feed chamber
Fitting of old door, Burner, hopper assembly
Modification of piping & installation.
Modification of transition piece from skip hoist to feed hopper
Trial of RK rotation, waste feeding
New winch fitting, new idler wire rope pulleys fitting at top of skip hoist structure
Drive parameters for 5 HP Motor feeding in ABB drive
Limit switch, proximity sensor at top & bottom position of skip
checking & repairing of Economiser flow meter
Replacement of Economiser temperature sensor, as it is getting frequent failure
Putting view port in outlet door & relining
Relocating packed tower top temperature sensor to some workable height near ID fan
Power pack return line header replacement, copper washer replacement in hoses to prevent leakage
Thrust roller bearing inspection & greasing, high tensile bolts fitting after through hole in frame
Ash pit bottom hopper length shortenings, by refractory lining removal modification and recasting
Ash pit bottom hopper hydraulic cylinder travel length adjustment by relocation of mounting breaket.
