Universal Design for Learning (UDL): This is easy for all students to access, and can be a first step before the
rest of the activities in the lesson. It could be anonymous which keeps students from feeling bad about their
answers. It could also be used as a discussion point so the teacher can explain and show why students need
specific knowledge.
Describe the instructional activities that will occur PRIOR to the SRT activity and how you will introduce
the SRT activity.
There could be no instruction before the kahoot or it could be done after teaching a lesson a class before or
the class on the same day.

Student Response and Assessment Tools
Right/Wrong answers: Will there be right/wrong answers to these questions?
☒ Yes ☐ No
☐ Mixed (Some will have correct answers, other will not.)
Immediate corrective feedback: Will you pre-select correct answers to some of all of the questions and
display correct response to the class after the SRT activity?
☒ Yes
☐ No
Why or why not?
It shows who got the questions wrong/right and what the right answer is.
Describe what will happen AFTER the SRT activity?
After the activity, the class will get into the instruction portion. We will either go over what students struggled
with, or get into the lesson for the day.
How will the data be used? Teacher will see what needs to be taught or re-taught and students will be able
to see whether or not they understand the material. They will get to correct their answers and ask questions
about what they do not know.

Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. I am adding technology and I usually feel as though it
should not be in the classroom. It is a great tool for learning.

Reflective Practice: This could be a pre quiz or a review quiz at the beginning of class. I would be able to do
another quiz at the end as follow-up to see if I covered what I had not covered before the first quiz.
