• Facilitate Math Workshop, Guided Math, Choice Boards and Stations, and ALEKS/I-Ready within the Resource, ICR, and Pull-
Out Support settings.
• Provide instruction of students in guided math groups based on individual levels of ability and understanding based on data.
• Collaboratively work with the 7th Grade Math team to develop and modify lessons and activities that met the various needs
and learning styles of all students, in addition to the standards.
• Modify and accommodate multiple versions of all quizzes, tests, or activities to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Establish a strong, well organized co-teaching relationship with the other members of the 7th Grade Math team.
• Implement evidence-based strategies within the instructional plan in order to access all students learning styles and abilities.
• Assist students based on organizational and prioritizing skills, in addition to their understanding of the math concepts, in Pull-
Out Support.
• Maintain classroom management through multiple behavioral strategies and behavioral/work ethic charts.

instructional plans or Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP’s).
• Conceptualize Individualized Education Plan’s, documenting the student’s strengths, current levels, needs, and goals.
• Conduct Individualized Education Plan meetings with members of the school, Child Study Team, and parents/guardians.
• Continuously review and update the students’ Individualized Education Plan’s goals through completing progress reports 4
times throughout the year.
• Assess student understanding and math levels through facilitating diagnostic assessments.
• Develop SGO’s for the year.
• Development, modify, and implementation activities, quizzes, and tests with the intention to form a better connection to
PARCC like questions.
