AREA OF DOMAIN

• WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
OBJECTIVES

• To implement simultaneous information and power transfer

based on Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing.
ABSTRACT
• In this system, the multiuser OFDM with multichannel is
established and the sub carriers are divided into two parts. One
part is used for energy harvesting and other part is used for
information decoding.
• This can be achieved by means of iterative calculation of an
efficient sub carrier allocation algorithm using MATLAB
simulation tool.
• Hence the simultaneous wireless information and power
transfer (SWIPT) is to provide without affecting the quality of
service.
EXISTING WORK
• In existing algorithm of wireless information and power transfer for
OFDM systems are studied based on power splitting or time
splitting. which lead to time delay and decrease of subcarrier
utilization.
• Transfer rate of the information and power are individually separate
to send.
• In existing system resource allocation scheme is used.
• Power consumption, bit rate, SNR value are not effectively derived
from the algorithm.
PROPOSED WORK
• Both information and power to transfer simultaneously. We
proposed a joint optimization algorithm used for multiusers.
• OFDM subcarriers of each user are divided into two parts whose
one part is used for information decoding ad the other part is used
for energy harvesting.
• The maximize sum rate of the users under the constraint of energy
harvesting by optimizing the channel allocation and power
allocation.

ADVANTAGES

• No splitter is needed in proposed scheme.

• Which can effectively reduce the complexity of the receiver.
• Joint subcarrier and power allocation is derived, such that the
harvested energy is maximized, while guaranteeing the
transmission.
APPLICATIONS

• It is used in mobile communication.

• It also used in industry and academia.
